The seminar will feature Angie Tagtow, former Executive Director of the USDA Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion, the organization responsible for developing and promoting the national dietary guidance (DGAs) that links scientific research to the nutrition needs of consumers, and Lorrene Ritchie, Director of the Nutrition Policy Institute, University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
